First class extension, conversion and renovation within a conservation area

The extension, conversion and renovation of a residential Victorian property from a single dwelling into two self-contained luxury apartments.

The property lies within the Fitzrovia conservation area and therefore restoration was carried out in close liaison with the local authority’s conservation officer and English Heritage.

Premium finishes and fittings were used throughout to underpin the quality of the accommodation and to maximise its marketability.

The renovation was completed within 26 weeks and both apartments were let within 2 weeks of marketing.

The overall delivery of high quality residential accommodation  was through a combination of innovative design and Ark Build’s skilled workmanship.
