Ark Build provides sustainable and value-for-money construction solutions across all sectors. We build early trust with our clients through effective planning, communication and partnership working.

The projects we undertake include refurbishment, planned and cyclical maintenance, fit outs, restoration and new build, with values ranging from £50,000 to £6,000,000, although we work outside of this scope too.

We deliver top quality services for our clients, across London and the South-East, on a mixture of contemporary, period and listed buildings, and work under most forms of contract including traditional, traditional with CDP and full D&B.

We work within both the private and public sectors which include Health and Care, Education, Residential and Public Buildings, Commercial and Industrial and Retail.

Our sister company, Ark MEP, delivers mechanical, electrical and public health services. This strengthens our collaborative approach and ensures a positive result from the procurement to the delivery of essential sub-contractor packages.
