This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of 4 industrial units located on Rochester Airport Industrial Estate.
External works to the buildings included window and door replacement, repairs and redecoration of profile steel sheeting and cleaning and repairs to roof coverings and rainwater goods.
Entrance and service yard areas were cleaned and hard surfaces made good. Car parking spaces and directional markings were re-lined. Boundary fencing and gates were overhauled.
Internal works included new partitions, toilets, tiling and floor coverings and complete redecoration. Warehouse floors were made good and painted. The heating and electrical installations were also renewed.
All work was completed successfully to enable timely re-marketing of the units.
