Michael is responsible for the overall governance of Ark Build and ensuring the highest standards of business are maintained. Michael’s management style reflects the company ethos of maintaining and nurturing positive business relationships with existing and new clients.

Alan is Ark Build’s Financial Director and has been an integral part of the team since the inception of the company. Alan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has extensive experience in all aspects of company accounts management.

Clifford is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and oversees commercial and design delivery on all projects. He has a wealth of experience in procurement via traditional and D&B contract management routes and leads project delivery on design and build and traditional contracts with significant CDP elements. He is a senior member of the company leadership team.

Lawrence is an experienced and chartered HSQE professional directing his team towards ambitious HSQE targets, quality assurance and governance programmes. Lawrence is action and performance driven, and passionate about ensuring that HSQE is a value added function to the business at both operational and strategic levels.

Howard is responsible for all the pre-construction activities within Ark Build including estimating and bid management. His broad experience working within the industry gives him an invaluable insight into the preparation of tenders which enables us to provide a bespoke and considered submission to each client.
