Ark Build is lead by an experienced team, with over 50 years of industry experience.
Michael is responsible for the overall governance of Ark Build and ensuring the highest standards of business are maintained at all times. Michael's management style reflects the company ethos of maintaining and nurturing positive business relationships.

Kevin is responsible for all the pre-construction activities within Ark Build including business development and bid management. His experience working within consultancy gives him an invaluable insight into the preparation of SQs and ITTs which has enabled us to tailor each tender submission to clients.

Alan is Ark Build’s Financial Director and has been an integral part of the team since the beginning. He has a wide range of experience in all aspects of company accounts management. Alan qualified in 1977, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Financial Director
Clifford oversees commercial delivery on all projects pre and post construction. He is fully versed with all forms of the JCT and NEC suites of contract and has a wealth of experience in procurement via traditional and D&B contract management routes. He is an essential part of the leadership team.

Commercial Director
Feargal is responsible for all projects and leads the delivery team from inception to completion. He directs the Contracts Manager, Site Manager, Commercial Manager, Design Manager and HSQE Manager to ensure the contract works are compliant and are completed in a timely manner.
