Since diversifying into the new build and conversion market we have strengthened our dedicated teams of talented employees and partner consultants. Our design and construction teams are particularly adept at handling the challenges presented by building on brownfield sites. To date, we have worked on single, two and three storey residential buildings in both traditional and timber frame form and converted existing buildings from amenity use and offices into residential units.

Continuously expanding expertise
We are currently undertaking two large commercial D&B refurbishment projects under a two-stage procurement process for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Both projects involve full design and work package procurement; this is further expanding our expertise in the design and build market.
